Get Your ICV Certificate in the UAE 

The In-Country Value Certificate scores how much economic value your company puts back into the UAE. Local spending, Emiratisation, investment and technology adoption all feed the number. It is issued under the National ICV Program, run by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.

    Any company bidding for ADNOC, government or participating-entity tenders, whether based in the UAE or outside it. Tier 1 suppliers may have to declare their score as part of tender evaluation, and Tier 2 and below increasingly need one to stay competitive.

    Current MoIAT rules call for stand-alone audited financial statements covering the legal entity being certified.
